Our Katahdin Dorper Cross hair sheep are pasture /woodland raised naturally year round, and are fed whole corn and orchard grass hay during the winter months. We personally like the taste of the hair sheep over a wool sheep as they have a milder flavor as hair sheep produce less lanilen. $20/pound
