If a recipe calls for 1 tsp. dried, use 1 Tbsp. fresh.

Some of the most common uses of oregano include tomato recipes, like pizza and pasta sauce, as well as olive oil-based dishes.

Fresh oregano leaves are excellent to add in moderation at the end of cooking, particularly to hearty vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, and cauliflower.
