Fresh-cut garlic chives, each order contains stems of garlic chives (approx. 1 oz, varies) in a clamshell; herbs are not rinsed. $3.00 each.

If a recipe calls for 1 tsp. dried, use 1 Tbsp. fresh.

You’ll find chopped garlic chives showing up in Chinese recipes for soups, stews, salads and meat marinades. Garlic chives make a flavorful alternative to regular chives in non-Asian dishes, scrambled eggs or an omelet, or substitute them for regular chives in a recipe for herbed bread.
