A delicious assortment of our favorite kale microgreens: Scotch and Red Russian!

We find Scotch kale to be sweeter with a slight smell of butterscotch, while Red Russian has a more kale flavor and a beautiful reddish stem and blushed leaf.

Kale is highly nutritious, especially in micro form.
