We've been asked to create a mix that has a variety of flavors and textures for a quick add to a salad.

Our Salad Mix Microgreens contains sweet pea, juicy sunflower, and a combination of broccoli, brussel sprout, and/or kale. They all compliment each other well and are an easy add to a salad!
