My baby sister and I visited a bakery years ago and ended up doing “research” with our tastebuds. Needless to say we tasted a blueberry lemon cupcake that I had to recreate! Named after my baby sister who is a lemon fanatic, this pound cake gives you just the right amount of fresh lemon and zest with a touch of fresh blueberries that balance out that citrus flavor. Hope you enjoy this cake as much as I did creating it!
