This KOREAN STYLE RIB pack will roughly be between 2-4 pounds in weight, to include 3-4 strips per pack! Referred to as the 'BBQ-style' or 'Flanken-style' of ribs, this cut is from the chuck end of the short ribs consisting of a thinner strip of meat that are cut across the bones.

The 'American Wagyu' animal for this item is a 50/50 genetic make-up of Wagyu to Angus genetics raised at our farm!
