The NY STRIP (strip steak) is cut from the beef short loin, right behind the rib area. It often has an intense flavor, with bold, beefy notes and the rich marbling in this steak creates a robust flavor and delicious eating experience!

Our NY STRIP steak is typically cut around 1" thick and will roughly be 8-12oz! The 'Am. Wagyu' animal for this item is a 50/50 make-up of Wagyu-Angus genetics raised at our farm!
