The CHUCK EYE steak (Poor Man's Ribeye) is a less expensive cut of beef that comes from the shoulder. It has a similar flavor to ribeye. The fat ratio of this steak makes a beefy, tender, and flavorful cut!

Our CHUCK EYE steak is typically cut around 1" thick and will roughly be 8oz! The 'Am. Wagyu' animal for this item is a 50/50 make-up of Wagyu-Angus genetics raised at our farm!
