Enjoy a delicious FB Wagyu mock tender, a unique & economical roast cut! Named for the shape, the MOCK TENDER, despite the name, is not very tender. It is a lean cut taken from the chuck section and is packed with a beefy flavor. For the best eating experience, this cut should be slow cooked (roasting or braising) or cut up for stew meat.

This MOCK TENDER will roughly be 2-3 lbs! The 'FB Wagyu' animal for this is a 100% genetic make-up of Japanese Wagyu genetics raised at our farm!
