Our heirloom garlic is grown in the USA.
Scapes are the flower stems of hardneck garlic plants, harvested in late spring or early summer for a milder, green-garlic flavor. There flavor combines elements of garlic, green onion, and asparagus. We have crafted a pickled variety utilizing our scapes. Delicious consumed from the jar or try them in various cooked dishes (stir-fries, sautéed as a side, or blend with dips and sauces.
Perfect addition for Charcuterie boards too!
