100% GRASS-FED BEEF + LAMB
Our cattle and sheep are rotationally grazed, 100% pastured, and supplemented with mineral. Our sheep are raised the same way except when given additional forage options such as alfalfa during pregnancy to support their growing lambs.
Our herds and flocks are never treated with vaccines, hormones, and the like. We also believe that best management practices drive away most diseases and ailments thus, we rarely have a need to treat our livestock with medications/antibiotics.
PASTURED + WOODLAND PORK
Our hogs are rotationally grazed on pasture & woodland lots and fed locally sourced, non-GMO grain. We never use chemical wormers & antibiotics.
