This specialty melon has a white/pale green flesh. It's flavor is mild, sweet with a little tang. Some say the flavor reminds them of a cantaloupe crossed with a honeydew and others say it's a cross between a cantaloupe and an Asian pear. Either way they are delicious and a summer time favorite.
